Salute Corporation was established in December 2023 with a singular passion: to create a sports environment where players, coaches, referees, and spectators alike can fully immerse themselves in the game.

Having walked alongside football since my childhood, I have experienced firsthand that the quality of the "environment" is essential to maximizing the value of sports. To turn this belief into reality, we focus on providing high-quality sports systems, centered on the natural artificial turf infill "Geofill." Our B2B solutions—ranging from professional-grade equipment to team apparel—are carefully selected based on my own experience to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality and performance.

However, I believe that what truly sustains a sports environment is the "people" even more than the "products." In particular, "Parent Coaches"—who possess both professional expertise from the business world and a deep passion for the game—are the true key players of grassroots sports.

Too often, I have seen these dedicated individuals forced to give up coaching due to the demands of their primary careers. At Salute Corporation, we offer more than just recruitment; we provide personalized career consulting that stays close to each individual's life journey. By supporting "Dual Careers" that balance professional success with the passion for volunteer coaching, we aim to create a sustainable cycle where talented individuals can remain active on the field, contributing to the long-term growth of the sports community.

株式会社サルーテコーポレーションは、2023年12月、「選手・指導者・審判、そして観客のすべてが競技に没頭できるスポーツ環境を創造する」という情熱のもと、産声を上げました。

私自身、幼少期からサッカーと共に歩み、現場で多くの方々と接する中で、スポーツの価値を最大化するには「環境」の質が不可欠であることを痛感してまいりました。その信念を具現化すべく、私たちは天然由来の人工芝充填材「Geofill（ジオフィル）」を中心に、私自身が実際に使用し、その機能性を確信した高品質なスポーツ用品やウェアなど、現場目線のB2Bソリューションを展開しております。

また、スポーツ環境を支えるのは「モノ」以上に、現場で汗を流す「人」の存在です。なかでも、社会の第一線で培った知見と情熱を併せ持つ「パパママコーチ」のは、草の根スポーツ界を支えるまさにキーマンであると考えております。

しかし、本業の多忙さゆえに、志半ばでコーチの道を諦めざるを得ない方々を、私は数多く目にしてきました。そこで私たちは、単なる職業紹介に留まらず、求職者一人ひとりの人生に深く寄り添う人材紹介・ヘッドハンティングを展開いたします。 仕事での自己実現と、ボランティアコーチとしての情熱を両立させる「デュアルキャリア」の形成を支援することで、優秀な人材が現場に居続けられるサイクルを創り出し、スポーツ界の持続的な発展に貢献してまいります。
